What we collect

Your name and contact details when you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, plus your booking details if you book online. We do not ask for medical details.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, manage your booking, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We only send news and offers if you separately ticked that box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis

Legitimate interests (replying to your message), performance of a contract (your booking), consent (marketing), and legal obligation (accounting records).

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Booking and payment records are kept for 6 years, as required by UK tax law.

Who we share it with

With the suppliers who help us operate: our online booking platform, our website hosting, and our accountant. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, and object to the use of your data. Write to us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
