Who we are

Pure Salt Therapy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17129985, registered office 14 Woodlands Gardens, Edenthorpe, Doncaster DN3 2BH.

Bookings

Sessions are booked in advance through our online booking system. Please arrive 10 minutes early; sessions start on time. Children are always accompanied by a parent, who stays in the room.

Cancellation & deposits

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session.
• The deposit (50% or 100%) is lost on a no-show.
• One free reschedule per booking.
• If a doctor advises you to stop, contact us and we will move your remaining sessions.
• Packages and memberships are personal and valid as stated at the time of purchase.
• For online purchases you have a 14-day right to cancel; this does not apply to services already started with your agreement.

Health and safety

Halotherapy is a complementary wellbeing practice, not a medical treatment. We may ask you a few quick health questions when you book. If you have a health condition, speak to your doctor before booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
