Adult group salt room sessions in Doncaster
A 45-minute halotherapy session for adults in our salt room at Danum House, Doncaster city centre. Up to six people share the room; you simply sit back and breathe.
What happens in an adult session
- You arrive at Danum House, 6a South Parade, and ring the intercom — our room is on the lower ground floor.
- We give you disposable shoe covers and show you to a reclining chair.
- The lights dim, quiet music plays and our halogenerator starts dispersing a fine, dry salt aerosol into the air.
- For 45 minutes you breathe normally. Read, rest, meditate or close your eyes — there is nothing you need to do.
Who it suits
